It gets its name from the Native word for "long and winding waters." 16 km long and about 1 km wide, the lake is very scenic for boat cruising since it is part of a chain of four other lakes including Head Lake on which the village of Haliburton is situated.
 
This Viceroy style cottage offers a much sought after western exposure which provides stunning sunsets and magical moments at the close of each day.
 
The cottage has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles & 1 queen) and also has a pull-out couch (double) in the recreation room.
 
The cottage is full of features such as a stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, spiral staircase and sauna. And, the property has great swimming with clean, deep water.
 
 
Enjoy quiet evenings in the spacious solarium.
 
 
With its soaring ceilings and massive stone fireplace, the great room will no doubt
become your favourite room. The dining area provides stunning views to the lake.
 
 
The well appointed kitchen even includes a dishwasher. The main bathroom offers double
sinks plus tub/shower. There are also another 1 1/2 baths throughout the cottage.
 
 
Each of the two upstairs bedrooms has its own walkout to the deck. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor.
